Legal
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This is a working draft prepared for internal review. It has not yet been formally reviewed or approved as a final legal policy.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and tags, work in comparable ways. Together they let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep it working properly, and, where enabled, measure how it is used.
This policy explains the categories of cookies and similar technologies that our website may use, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Why Aloudable may use them
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, to remember choices you make, and to understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve it. Some are needed for the site to function, while others are optional and depend on your consent.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed for the website to work and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as loading a page or submitting a form. Because our website is built and hosted on Framer, some strictly necessary cookies or storage may be set by the hosting platform.
These are set by our website platform, Framer, to load and secure the site. They do not require your consent.
Functional cookies
Functional cookies allow the website to remember choices you make and to provide enhanced features. If these are not allowed, some parts of the site may not work as smoothly.
The main functional elements on our site are the embedded HubSpot forms, which may set cookies so that the forms work correctly.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors find and use our website, which pages are viewed, and how the site performs. We use this information to improve the site.
Our website uses PostHog for analytics. A first-party PostHog cookie and related browser storage are set when you visit the site. PostHog is served through a first-party subdomain, so its cookie is set on the aloudable.com domain.
The PostHog cookie is described in the table below. You can opt out through your browser settings or any cookie controls we provide.
Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies are used to build a picture of your interests and to show you more relevant messages on other websites.
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies on our website. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Embedded third-party content
Some pages include content from other services, such as forms provided through HubSpot and embedded audio players from podcast hosting platforms. When you interact with this content, the third party may set its own cookies or storage, which are governed by that provider's own policies.
On our website we have identified embedded HubSpot forms and a link to LinkedIn. Audio content is delivered through podcast hosting services.
The third parties whose content can appear on our pages are HubSpot, which provides our forms, and the podcast hosting platform that serves our audio players. LinkedIn is linked from our site but not embedded. Each has its own privacy and cookie notices.
Cookie table
The table below lists the cookies and similar technologies we have identified so far. Verified entries are named, and unconfirmed entries are marked as placeholders. A full cookie audit is required before this policy is published.

Consent for non-essential cookies
We treat analytics and marketing cookies as non-essential. These should only be set once you have given your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
How to accept, reject or change your cookie preferences
You can control non-essential cookies through any cookie settings we provide on the website. Where a cookie banner or preference control is available, you can use it to accept or reject optional categories and to change your choices later.
Where we provide cookie controls on the site, you can use them to accept or reject optional cookies and to change your choices later. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, as described below.
Using your browser settings
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you see the cookies that are stored, delete them, and block some or all of them. Blocking all cookies may affect how parts of the website work. Guidance is usually found in your browser's help pages.
How this policy may change
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example after a cookie audit or when we change the tools we use. When we make changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
